Nancy brought her exceptional background in energy to Terra Firma in 2002, joining as a Principal. Prior to, she was the owner and President of The Kerby Group, an A&D consulting firm. Her work in the A&D field for the oil and gas industry began in 1986. Past positions include Director of Acquisitions for Unocal, Acquisitions Manager for RAMCO Oil & Gas Company, Director of Investor Relations with Plains Resources, and District Land Manager with NERCO Oil & Gas Co.  ​ Nancy received her bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a fervent supporter of the Houston arts community. ​ “What keeps me energized about this business is that every project is different and offers a fresh challenge.
